So often there is heated debate when it comes to freedom camping. So often the mature age Grey Nomad gets confused with the young aged back packer/campervannner who travels on a minimum budget and draws such a response from the community.
See this article from the NT News and read the heated responses from the public and you will get some idea of the problems that face councils. While the two sector of the RV trade are poles apart in their life style and requirements, the public sometimes cannot differentiate.
